Tree house
French architectural style Faux-Bois base strengthened by 22 Tons counter weights. This suspended cabin has 16 sq meters (4x4m) and is built of Pine and Bamboo as the main structures, well insulated on all sides with 75mm on the walls, 25mm below the floor asphalted Aluminum sheets on the roof.
Bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed (which can be removed for long term rentals when its for single or double occupancy), Cast Iron wood-fueled heating/ cooking, work table with office Chair facing the lake and mountains. Featuring a high balcony with views of Andes mountain peaks over 6000meters and the lake. There is a RJ45 LAN connection for High speed internet and a work table with office chair for those who work online. NO TOILET inside the cabin, toilet is located right outside the building 2 meters from the stairs.
The Tree house is priced at 40 USD for up to 2 people and 50 USD for 3 or 4 people. We do special discounts for longer stays.
Tibetan Yurt
An adapted version of a Mongolian Yurt build on a solid concrete foundation and pine logs that are wrapped with imported Mongolian canvases. Since our visit to Tibetan Monastery in the Himalayas we bought authentic artefacts hand woven by the monks and decorated our yurt. Featuring silk, wooden and metallic ornaments, 18 cm thick multilayer insulation to keep you warm in winter and chill in summer.
A 8 meter diameter circular structure offering a double bed, a bunk bed (which can be removed for long term rentals when its for single or double occupancy) with a work table and a gamer style chair for comfortable use. There is a RJ45 LAN connection for High speed internet and a work table with office chair for those who work online. This cabin ideally suits someone who likes to exercise or do yoga owing to its smooth carpeted floor.
The Yurt is priced at 30 USD for up to 2 people and 40 USD for 3 or 4 people. We do have special discounts for longer stays.
Bustel
Bus + Hostel becomes our Bustel. Inspired by the movie “Into the Wild” we have converted a long distance bus with wood furnace for heating and built with birch and pine wood covered with carpets, offering a luxurious yet rustic experience.
A unique hostel in the Andes mountains with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room with private bathroom and toilet. You can rent the bus all for yourself or share it with others. There is a shared room with a double bed and 2 single beds, a twin/private room, that can be joined together or separated and lastly a bed-only private room with full glass panels for the amazing views. Except the last one, all the other rooms have a work desk, a normal chair, classic wood fire stove and fire extinguishers.
The Hostel is priced at 6 USD for a bed in shared accommodation, 15 USD for 1 or 2 people in private twin/double and 12 USD for the bed only private room for 1 or 2 person. We do have special discounts for longer stays.
Tents
We have 16 pitches for tents/caravans/motorhomes. Each with their own fire pit and sized at 5meters x 5 meters. Amply sized at 25sq meters or 270sq feet each camper will not be disturbed by others. There are 2 huge pergolas available to spend during the day under the shade.
The tents are priced at 3 USD per person including showers, toilet, access to kitchen and high speed internet
Motorhomes / Caravans
We have 16 pitches for tents/caravans/motorhomes. Each with their own fire pit and sized at 5meters x 5 meters. Amply sized at 25sq meters or 270sq feet each camper will not be disturbed by others. There are 2 huge pergolas available to spend during the day under the shade.
For caravans and Motorhomes that are fully sustainable, there is absolutely no charge. And for those needing services such as toilets or electric hook-up a small fee from 0.5 to 1 USD depending on what is required
We were overlanders before settling down, we miss being around those who travel, since we cannot move around we decided to meet people here, that is why we charge less or nothing at all. In addition we have some services that we wished we could have when we overlanded.
